Have a question? We may have the answer...

When you walk through our door, we know your first concern is the health and safety of your pet. We want you - and your companions - to feel at ease at Zebulon Animal Hospitall. That's why we've tried to answer as many questions as possible before you come to the clinic. If you have your own suggestions for questions, please feel free to submit them to our staff.

Do I need an apppointment?

How early should I arrive?

What forms will I need to bring?

What happens if my animal needs veterinary attention after hours?

Do I need an apppointment?

If your animal needs immediate attention during the day, you can visit the clinic without an appointment. We do, however, recommend appointments for routine exams and wellness checks. However, it's always best to book an appointment in advance if you have the time. Please note, the clinic is now closed on Wednesday.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend patients arrive 10 minutes before their appointment begins to fill out any necessary paperwork. If you'd like to get a headstart, visit our Patient Forms section to print forms for Pet Registration, Client Registration, Medical Information, and Anesthesia Authorization.

What do I need to bring?

You can fill out all of your paperwork in the waiting room. If you'd like to get a headstart, visit our Patient Forms section to print forms for Pet Registration, Client Registration, Medical Information, and Anesthesia Authorization. You should be prepared to tell the doctor about any medications that your pet is currently taking. If you're unsure of the name, bring the bottle with you. You should also try to piece together a narrative of your pet's symptoms. When did they begin acting strangely? When did symptoms begin? What changes have gone on in their life recently? If this is your first visit, please bring your pet's past medical history.

What happens if my animal needs veterinary attention after hours?

If you need medical attention between the hours of 6 p.m. and 8 a.m. on weekdays, after 12 p.m. on Saturday, or on Sunday, we recommend contacting EC Vets in Wilson, North Carolina. They are well-equipped and ready to help dogs and cats with everything from minor injuries to more severe trauma injuries and acute sickness. When your pet is discharged, you can still bring them to Zebulon Animal Hospital for any necessary follow-ups.

What can I do to make my pet more comfortable at the clinic?

Feel free to bring special treats or small toys to make your pet more comfortable. You can also bring your animal to visit with the Rolesville Veterinary staff outside of your normal visits so they can begin to trust and bond with our doctors.

What types of payment do you accept?

We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, Cash, Personal Check, and Care Credit. Care Credit offers flexible payment plans for medical bills.
